Artist's Description
French poet and adventurer, who stopped writing verse at the age of 21, became after his early death an inextricable myth in French world of poetry and culture. He was the enfant terrible of French poetry in the second half of the nineteenth century and a major figure in symbolism.
This portrait of Arthur Rimbaud when he was seventeen is a digitally modified version of the photograph taken by Étienne Carjat in c.1872.
About Asok Mukhopadhyay
Hello Friends! I like to introduce myself as a passion worker. Since last ten years I have been engaged in doing digital art. You may find my works in my websites at www.zazzle.com/livart, and www.redbubble.com/people/mindprintz where I put my mind in forms and colors for sharing my inner feelings and ideas with those who care. Until 1993, I had been neck-deep in active librarianship. Still I enjoy doing library oriented designs mostly published by Zazzle at www.zazzle.com/mindprint9. I think, reading and listening to other's thoughts are critical to useful communications. That is why I am here to share your ideas and thoughts about my works. Thank you friends for visiting my gallery, and wish you enjoy my art.
